Honoring Nathan Durkee and the elements

For the celebration of Nathan’s life I wanted to provide grounded and uplifting floral arrangements custom designed in memory of Nate. Designs were inspired by nature and influenced by the Japanese Ikebana floral style to create simple yet stylized designs that were both elegant and masculine. I chose colors that were earthy monochromatic tones in creams and white, burgundy, browns and black & greens and yellows with accents of blue.

No! I’m finding that creating artistic designs, right here in my hometown of Santa Rosa, spark inspiration for more creativity within me and for and from those around me. It’s just a positive, never-ending cycle that I’m so grateful to be a part of!
